Duplicated arguments

Hi Teodor605!

You entered the arguments nn.nip and nn.gip in duplicate in the template {{decl.nn.subst.masc.1}}. These arguments are not even valid for this template, so even if you had entered them only once, it would still be wrong. Try to use the template without any arguments, like this:

{{decl.nn.subst.masc.1}}

It seems to yield the same results as we now have in the entry.

You mean in the template itself? I can't see that I added the argument nn.nip at all. In fact this argument doesn't seem to appear in the template. Maybe indirectly from some call?

I only changed the text Novo Norueguês into Norueguês Nynorsk. If the template yields funny results then please just revert. Teodor (d • c) 08h36min de 20 de dezembro de 2022 (UTC)

You did this change, which clearly shows that you did a lot more than just changing the language name.

I don't want to revert it because most of what you did is good; it is just the part where you entered the duplicated parameters that should be fixed.

I see what happened: the original template had nb and nn parameters and when you copied it, you changed the nb to nn, so now the duplicates appear. Oh well...

If you got confused, don't worry, I'll fix that later if you don't.

Yes, now I see what you mean (I think...). Perhaps i should not have started altering the ={{-no-}}= into ={{-nn-}}= at all. I would be grateful if you could fix this one and then I will take a look at what you changed. Actually I don't know what nn.gip is or what it does. I have modified the entry now.

I'm changing the no's into nb's; as for the nn's, I'm just changing the categories to the new names we agreed on.

The problem was that you copied the template decl.no.subst.masc.1 into the nn section and changed all nb's to nn's without realising that there were already nn's in there, so you got duplicates.

The parameter nn.gip would be used to determine the indefinite genitive plural for the nn part of the template.
