Pronúncia chinesa

I played around with how the pronunciation of the Sinitic languages could be covered, and I came up with the following at the entries 二心, 教會 and 中士.

Hi Apisite!

I don't like the idea of putting the pronunciations of Mandarin and Cantonese together like en.wikt does. We have entries for Cantonese, so the Cantonese pronunciation should go under a Cantonese section, not under Chinese.

That being said, our model for the Sinitic entries has to be totally redone, there are many problems with it that have been discussed over the years, but were never acted upon by the community.

Even the fact of calling the language "Chinese" is a problem, but changing all Chinese entries to Mandarin is a headache that I do not wish to face at this time.

All this to say that I like that you are trying to improve the entries for Sinitic terms, even though I do not fully support your implementation.
