1. Incorretas, não. Apenas vejo no ergativo o erro: deverá acabar em -მა. As outras formas (dativo, genitivo) terminadas em -ა são "opcionais" pois dependem do contexto ou métrica da frase.

2. Em princípio (não tenho certeza absoluta mas obtê-la-ei mais logo), quando terminadas em vogal, o vocativo é com -ვ, exceto para terminadas em -ო, que se mantém como no nominativo.

Se você fizer uma predefinição para cada caso possível (-ა, -ე, -ი, -ო, -უ, -consoante+ი) podemos posteriormente corrigir individualmente o que se tiver que corrigir. O que acha? Malafaya ^disc. 17h33min de 8 de março de 2010 (UTC)

"Extended" case forms. The vowel "ა" can be added to the endings of dative, genitive, instrumental, and adverbial cases. These extended case forms are used before certain postpositions [...], before the short form of არის, -ა [...] and immediately before და 'and' (and other conjunctions) when two or more nouns are conjoined by the conjunctions [...]. When a genitive is not followed by the noun to which is referers, it takes the extended ending. [...]

Relativamente a 2.:

Polysyllabic vocalic stems form the vocative in common nouns with wither the ending -ვ or with no ending whatsoever, e.g., the bare stem. Examples: საქართველო voc. საქართველოვ or საქართველო; კოლმეურნე voc. კოლმეურნევ or კოლმეურნე; მამა voc. მამა or მამავ. Monosyllabic vocalic stems form the vocative in common nouns with either the ending -ო or with the ending -ვ. Examples: და voc. დაო or დავ; ძე voc. ძეო or ძევ. (It should be noted that in the plural all common nouns take the vocative ending -ო, since the plural declension is always a consonantal stem declension.)
